People Search Australia offer a number of services to meet your needs and budget when you need to locate and contact a missing person or lost relative etc. We employ licensed private investigators who are all experienced ex-detectives. No matter which paid service you choose you will receive a full written report detailing the inquiries made on your behalf.
Free Service

Basic Service
A basic search will help you find a missing person as it will identify a number of names and addresses as being possible starting places for further enquiry. If you would like a copy of this raw data report which covers archival records going back 15 years sent via e-mail and want to conduct your own follow up enquiries then our basic search report fee at $110 including GST is a good find. Standard Service
We however strongly recommend our standard search package as the preferred people finder which at $220 includes a sweep of the various electronic data sources available to us, copies or extracts of documents searched where appropriate with a detailed written report of all our search processes and up to two hours of investigative research.[request a people search investigation]
Premium Service
If you want priority service over other clients or would like us to conduct physical inquiries to locate your lost loved ones and trace their present whereabouts then our hourly investigation rates will apply whilst other expenses such as search fees, mileage etc. will be at cost as itemized. Prices start at $300 plus GST where applicable. The premium service is required if we are to conduct deep archival searches going back more than 15 years to fully identify an individual.[request a people search investigation]
If you are able to provide additional details, such as last known addresses, the names of possible cohabitants and siblings, contacts who last spoke with the missing person or even details of a middle initial and what it stands for then we should be able to rapidly narrow this search and thereby reduce your costs considerably.
Unlike some companies we tell you up front what the costs will be. We also detail all our search actions in a confidential written report. There are cheaper options but we believe you get what you pay for. All fees are quoted in Australian dollars and payable in advance.
