PAYMENT

Basic and Standard Search:

After we receive your "Please Help Me" form, requesting data for an Australian people search, it will be assessed to ensure that the type of search you have chosen is suitable for the information you have provided.

A letter will be emailed to you with a reference number, advising you how to make payment, and on receipt of your payment, the search will be commenced. Sometimes we will have a lot of work ahead of your search, but at the most you will wait no longer than 30 days for the data you require to help you find a missing person in Australia or New Zealand.

Premium Search:

Your "Please Help Me" form will be assessed by the manager who will advise you of our quote within 3 days by email, the quotation will include the information you need to complete your payment, and you will be advised how long the investigation is expected to take. Some types of investigation, such as finding a birth mother, or a probate search are reliant on agencies beyond our control supplying the correct information to enable the search.
